We have four mods... two do things. I know DJmarty does things on the forum. However you made Emma a mod and someone else I think. I don't think a votes nessisary, just keep the ones who do their job.

I would not worry, by the moderator logs you are actually the only moderator to do anything...
By the way there are 3 other mods besides you.

Emma is usually having her hands full with school, though she is willing to do her part, she just never has the time. Djmarty has his hands tied up with his girlfriend, job, and deejaying on Hookah Radio. Nick goes to college and hardly logs in anymore because he has exams.

So we need a regular that has enough time to put forth the effort to tidy things up a bit so we won't have our hands full with the spam bots.

What about Thrasher? She was a staff member on the older boards in '06, and she did quite well. That is, if she's willing.

If I had to choose someone I would choose Thrasher Cub, she's on most of the time like myself but mostly when I'm not on so she would be able to help if I'm not on and I can help when she's not on. She's fair and would ask before dealing with someone like Teddy as we can all recall.

No time.... bullshit, I have a fulltime job as a soldier, I am currently studying my Cisco certified network professional, and my Microsoft certified engineer in 2008 server. also I am married, and have commitments with wife etc, and I still find time to do this every day, and go out.

Yeah, it's kinda fucked up. We have 97 members and only like maybe 10 of them post regularly. I get a lot of people to join, they may post once or twice, then never show up again. It's frustrating.

Or I get people to sign up and then they just leave after they do that just to get me off their back, lol.

The only thing I can think of to bring in more people is if we start providing more articles and perhaps instructional videos, things they can't find anyplace else.

When I get to Korea, I could probably make some sparring videos with some soldier friends and upload them here. That should get some viewers in. Slade, I know you're a hell of a fighter too, if you wanted to make some sparring videos, I'm sure people would watch!

Any sydney based members here who would be interested in being a demonstration person in some vids? all faces would be blurred. Cornbread lives a bit far away for me.

Exactly, if we offer something that no other forum like ours has, people will flock to our neck of the woods. However there are not all that many serious forums around like ki sanctuary anymore, the days of ki forums are long gone and this one is pretty much a surviving relic. So whatever we have, is pretty much all there is.

Remember, there used to be Ki-Teachings (Mystic's, Donijitsu's and Kendamu's forum), The Powers Within (Dan's forum), Ki-study and a crapload of others that spun on the same infomation. We all know that most of them came about as a result of the hoax demonwar that Kendamu and Dragonbz (Person, not the show) started though right?

We could upload them to youtube all under one name and link back here for forum members. We take the risk of being singled out again by Bullshido if we do guys, so unless you're up for fighting for you we all believe in, which I sure as hell would, I say we rig down and get some hardcore articles and video training up. We could even alocate subjects to those skilled in them.

Thrasher and myself are great with Astral Projection, and Raitaro and myself know alot about telepathy and telekinesis. Kevin, slade you guys are really good at fighting and could put out some instructional videos, even Raitaro if he wants to. Kilik and Gelhast know alot about magick and so does Thrasher. Group everyone up and we could start planning stuff out properly.

We have the forums up now thanks to Slade and Cornbread, all we need now is to put them to good use!

I am not really in a position to teach, as I know there's a lot more qualified people out there than I am. Slade if anyone would be in the teaching position for fighting because he's very well rounded in all areas of the subject and I haven't found any question he cannot answer, ever.

Video-wise, I can provide excercise demonstrations in the gym, and perhaps sparring videos for entertainment against other soldiers whenever I find a willing opponent. Fighting instruction should be left to those such as Slade. My strong points are gym excercises and entertaining videos with serious sparring.

I can help people with fitness and health goals as I'm very knowledgeable in this. This I can teach as I've made it part of my lifestyle. The only problem is this must wait til I get out of Iraq because I have no way to upload them even if I made them right now. So I am limited on how I can help to just sharing ideas.
