Chrono and myself are working on a revamp of Ki sanc. I have some ideas but I will need some help of the subject matter experts here who are rather adept in writing rather complex and in depth explanations of there area of expertise.

I require Wiki like write ups on Astral projection, Magick and Energy Manipulation (included of its variants from Chi to Ki etc since the ways of learning are very different.)

I plan on producing a database of acticles on the main site which will be a starting point for people of interest to study and look upon when coming to this site, so people here can be smarter and more informed. Later on subjects discussed in the forums here will be added up into the database.

I realise all subjects added to the database will not reflect everyones beliefs in that matter, but different variants can be added later onto existing ones, to make it as complete as we can.

Anyway enough talk, start writing and submitting to me personall via private message (no flaming this way with people arguing about details.)

I'll start revamping the forums by getting rid of these hideous colours and comic sans font. Come on guys, blue and purple on blue and cyan?

Edit 2: Also it needs some slight tweaks with header background colours but I'll fix that later when I don't have to go to work and suck gold out of my employers cock.

Also, if you guys actually want a REAL wiki of your own, I can have one created on my server. It'll have a proper URL and shit eg (http://wiki.thekisanctuary.com). But God help me, if anyone pisses off someone enough to have my server attacked or DDOS'd I will punish the world.

I think we shouldn't have the articles themselves on the site. I think the site should give information, have some resources here and there, but it should all be focused on the forums and chatroom. Keep our focus on those and we should be good.

Well we are organising that now, implementing PHPBB forums with Customisable themes (will be heaps of them on later, better colour schemes than this) A portal as a main site so admins can post annoucments/ news off main site, and im also working on tying the PHPBB usernames into a Tikiwiki or possibly PHP wiki but with arcticles submitted to be based on aproval from admins.

BTW DJMARTY if we focus on a forum and only a forum thats all we'll ever be, some small community with 5 - 10 active members, Branch out get some other fun stuff on the main site also, not everyone has to be here for ki based stuff, but of course those parts of the forums would be highly moderated.

to clarrify these horrible eye burning forums will be given up, all usernames and posts will be ported over to PHPBB where you will have more freedom of what you do to your layout/colour scheme.

Why must they be Wiki-like? It's hard enough for me to write an article as-is.

I'll do my best anyway (though I'll complain. Much.), just tell me in specific terms what to work on first - I'm great once I get going, but I can't generally pick a direction all that well on my own. It's a Tiger/Aries thing.

What could TC potentially write articles on?

Western Astrology (a whole smattering of subjects, ranging from how the planets interact with the signs to what the fuck a Quincunx is and why no one cares about it as much as a Conjunction), Eastern Astrology (a more limited understanding, but still plenty to work with), and what happens when you combine the two (Tiger/Aries have no attention span. Ever.). I'm also pretty good with Buddhist and Taoist concepts, Feng Shui, Qabbalah, assorted aspects from Hermeticism in general, Thelema and how much ass Crowley kicks, Chaos magick, and why I'm cooler than everyone else (but I doubt you actually want that particular article).

Gimme direction and I'll start working, yo.

Thrasher, I have an idea. Save all the things that you HATE talking about for last, and write up the ones you just have been wanting to talk about for such a long while that you just want to rip your hair out wishing somebody would ask you about , but nobody seems to ask you about just because they don't know anything about it, then you rip your hair out some more wishing people would research so they could ask you questions on the level of knowledge you want them to.

In a nutshell, teach us all what Magick is. Explain it to us in your very first, most beautiful, stupendous article. Explain it to us like we are complete and total dunce idiots with duncecaps on, and think of Cornbread skinnydipping in a frilly pink dress shouting "THRASHERCUB ROCKS!"

And think about you being showered in money and awesomeness while writing it, so it's the most informative article teaching us about what magick is and what it is supposed to do in THE ENTIRE PLANET!

Magick is the art and science of causing change in conformity with will and it's generally understood that it takes place via what are considered metaphysical means.

If you want an answer longer than that you need to give me a more specific direction.

It has to be professionally written, not fulll of "um's" and "I thinks" lets stick to some facts, if you don't know it, don't write it up, or study the subject like fuck until you can write it up.

I can break the arcticle down, anyway the wiki thing is more of a way of archiving thinhgs in an easily searchable medium.
